We stand behind the quality of our coaching and services. If you're not satisfied, here’s how we handle returns and cancellations:
1. Coaching Programs
Monthly Plans: Can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle. No refunds for the current month once sessions begin.
Quarterly/Yearly Plans: Partial refunds are available if cancellation occurs within the first 14 days of activation and no more than one session has been used.
Unused sessions do not roll over unless pre-arranged in writing.
2. Digital Products
Due to the nature of downloadable materials (eBooks, training guides), all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
3. Booking Cancellations
Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance to avoid being marked as used.
4. Returns & Exchanges
You may return unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Products must be in original packaging and in resellable condition.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Used/opened supplements or personal care items
Digital downloads (eBooks, training plans, etc.)
Clearance or final-sale items
6. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days, contact your bank or email us.
